Controller and contact

The controller of ACTARELIA visitor data is ALTAMENTE, s.r.o., Company ID 27936210, Padovská 585/6, 109 00 Prague 10, Horní Měcholupy, Czech Republic. The company is registered with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section C, File 127712.

Send ACTARELIA inquiries and requests concerning your data to info@actarelia.com. If we have reasonable doubts, we may ask for proportionate verification of identity to handle a request. We do not normally ask for a copy of an identity document.

Visiting the static website

When you visit, the server processes technical request data. New requests are recorded in one website access log containing your IP address, time, request method, response status and bytes sent. A separate error log may contain the requested address, including any query, and error details. Before this change, requests were recorded in both the website and a shared access log; older records may also contain the requested address and query and information sent by your browser. We use these data to deliver the page, secure its operation and diagnose faults on the basis of our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Website access and error log files are removed during daily file maintenance with a 14-day setting based on each whole file's age; an individual entry can remain longer than 14 days. Older shared access records are kept for 14 completed rotations. Skipped rotations can extend their retention, so this rule sets no fixed maximum calendar age. A daily system backup may contain a copy after removal from the operating server.

You may object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interests. Send your objection to info@actarelia.com or by post to ALTAMENTE, s.r.o., Padovská 585/6, 109 00 Prague 10, Horní Měcholupy, Czech Republic.

This static website does not use cookies, analytics or content loaded from third parties. The future sign-in buttons are disabled and do not send data to sign-in providers.

Email inquiries

If you write to us, we process your address, the message and information you attach so that we can receive and answer it. For ordinary inquiries we rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in communicating about ACTARELIA. If you expressly request a specific step before entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR may apply to that step.

A message reaches the ACTARELIA contact mailbox and a copy reaches an ALTAMENTE operational mailbox. An ALTAMENTE managing director handles the messages manually. We remove ordinary inquiry messages and attachments from both operational mailboxes, including Trash, no later than 90 days after closure, meaning the last substantive answer when no next step remains open. A new substantive exchange reopens the case. We remove unnecessary attachments and sensitive information earlier.

Local mail may be included in a short-lived daily replaced system backup. The provider of the second mailbox makes daily backups and offers restoration up to three weeks back. A removed message may therefore remain recoverable from a backup for some time. Until the working service is launched, please do not send family documents or sensitive information merely to try out the website.

Requests about your rights

This static website has no user accounts or search history. Requests may concern technical visit records and any correspondence. Data portability does not apply to security logs kept on the basis of legitimate interests.

To handle a request for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or objection, we process information necessary to meet our obligations under Articles 12 and 15 to 22 GDPR. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. We retain only a minimal record of receipt, verification, decision and response for no longer than 12 months after final closure. We delete the individual email messages and any document copies earlier once no longer needed. If a complaint or legal claim is pending, we separately document and review any necessary hold.

You can exercise your rights at info@actarelia.com or by post at the controller address stated above. You may also lodge a complaint with the competent data protection supervisory authority. Providing information by email is voluntary, but without a contact address and the substance of a request we may be unable to answer. We do not make automated decisions or profile visitors on this static website.

Technical operation and copies

Hosting and mail providers technically operate the website and mailboxes, including short-lived backups. Authorized ALTAMENTE staff and the providers' authorized staff may access data where needed to operate or restore the service.
